Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Representive help to quickly and accurately identify and respond to global customer inquiries and requirements, as well as improve customer expericence
Monitor overseas customer questions and answers
Examine and develop effective customer service manual
Team management and manage CS indicators
Maintain and manage key(royal) customer relationships
Requirements
Bachelor or equivalent degree required
Native level English to communicate with clients speaking English and intermediate Korean to communicate internally
Effective and clear communication skills and a positive and empathetic attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Japanese or Spanish
Strong understanding of logistics and customs clearance operations
Experience in global customer service
Experience in managing small teams
Excellent writing skills
