The initial employment type will be decided at the time of hire and may be either on a freelance (service contract) basis or as a three-month fixed-term contract. Following this period, based on performance and mutual fit, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract or transition to a regular full-time role.

Plan and produce K-pop/Korean Wave short-form content (target: 3 uploads per week)
•
Research and analyze domestic and international K-pop industry market trends
•
Create, edit, and upload content across platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)
•
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies targeting global (especially North American) K-pop fandoms
Requirements
•
Native-level English proficiency (essential)
•
Deep understanding of global (US/Western) culture and social media trends
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills
•
Independent content planning and production capabilities
•
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
•
Short-form video editing skills
Preferred Qualifications
•
Deep understanding of K-pop market and global fandom culture
•
Experience in North American/Western social media marketing
•
Proven experience in short-form content marketing
•
Existing social media influence or content creation portfolio
Work Conditions
•
Workload: 3 K-pop short-form content uploads per week
•
Contract Type & Compensation: Contract structure will be determined through mutual agreement after interview:

Freelancer (service contract) : Per-project payment (negotiated during interview)

Fixed-term contract (approx. 3 months) : Monthly salary (negotiated during interview)
